Brook Electrical were delighted to help Merchant Court with the refurbishment of 3 interconnecting offices in the heart of Ipswich.
We replaced the outdated electrical storage heating system throughout the building installing a modern intelligent economically fully programable/controllable system complying to Lot 20 of the Energy Efficiency Directive.
We also replaced the existing lighting throughout the offices and communal areas, previously fluorescent fittings with prismatic diffusers with a mixture of LED lights and CAT 3 lighting where required.
We carried out a full NIC EIC Test & Inspection on the electrical installation and carried out all remedial works as required to bring it up to code.
