An Electrical Installation Condition Report will help you find any damage or wear and tear that may affect safety within the office. Our report will also provide enough detail to ensure all aspects of an electrical installation meet IEE wiring regulations and we’ll advise on any work that may be required to bring it up to the relevant standard.
Typically, domestic installations should be tested every 10 years, or with a change of occupancy; while commercial installations should be tested every 5 years, or with a change of occupancy. Industrial installations should be tested every 3 years.
